I earned a Bachelor of Art in Physical Education, with a specialization in bio-mechanics of human movement in sports. I have been coaching since 1989. I started as a compulsory coach for the National School of Gymnastics in the Dominican Republic. Since 1997, I started as a head coach for the Carol Morgan School of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Other notable experiences include:
- International Gymnastics Federation: International Men’s Judge (since 2002)
- USA Gymnastics: Coach/Head Coach (since 2006)
- Coached at Hill Gymnastics National Training Center, with Gymnastics Hall of Fame – Coach Kelli Hill
- Dominican Republic Gymnastics Federation: Assessor in technical and planning (since 1992)
- Became a part of the national training staff.
On a personal note, I have 3 amazing children (Hensy, Daniel, Henrik). I love cooking, playing chess and basketball.
